Yes. At the first meeting, we assess your situation and discuss possible next steps. The terms and fees for any further work are agreed separately.
What should I bring to the consultation?+
Please bring contracts, decisions, correspondence and other documents relevant to your matter. A brief timeline of events and a list of questions are also helpful.
How are legal fees determined?+
Fees are agreed with the client or calculated under the applicable Slovak attorneys’ fee tariff. We explain the specific terms and scope of assistance before starting work.
